I gave this build a try. It's not horrible, but depends on having a good team early game because it took forever for things to start rolling. The lack of health is a problem if you go up against any range/poking, so it'd also be best to have a ranged support that can keep the enemies at a distance and allow you to get minion kills. Poppy is generally a good champ, but I'd recommend doing a Poppy support build if you want something like this. Thumbs up to the guy who made the guide though. Things worked out decently, and by late game I was wrecking their day against a team of mostly tanks. We won the game too, although not the smoothest win I've ever had. With more practice it might even be reliable, and the problems I ran into were mentioned in the guide to look out for. So thanks for the guide!

This is legit a normal Poppy build with heal. Not troll enough for me.
