Spells:
Teleport

For the new jax after the latest update [todays date is 3/29/12]
aim at getting attack damage and armor penetration with bezerkers.
from the start of the game,
try to avoid going before you have 1650, that way you can buy the bf sword, then teleport back in without wasting your tele.
leveling
level leap strike first, counter strike second and then you want to level empower to 5 as quickly as possible. then try to counter-strike to 3 before you level leap strike.
note: grandmasters might > empower > counter-strike > leap strike (unless cs is 3+ below lp)
Something else to consider if possible:
armor penetration runes, more AD runes than Attack.
my opinion of the nerf:
i think the ultimate giving jax more armor and magic resist was a great move, before he would die too easily if you were just 1 level behind which caused a really bad dominoe effect. this made it too difficult to catch up before you hit level 18.
my old build consisted of AD/AttackSpeed which i started going for AD/Crits, but since the update, i believe as much AD and armor penetration that you can will be best.
