You have an interesting take on Poppy, but I have to differ with you on some things. And there may be other things you have not considered.
1.
"Run over to Red Buff. Heroic Charge > AA > Devastating Blow > AA > Paragon of Demacia."
This makes absolutely no sense. Don't you know that Paragon's armor and damage bonuses passively stack upon hitting or being hit with no activation required? If you are going to use W on a jungle camp the only time to do it is before the first blow. The way you've written it, you've already got 3 stacks from Poppy's attacks and probably at least 6 from the Red Buff camp attacking Poppy, for 9 out of the 10 possible stacks, and spending mana for that last stack on W is just completely silly.

While we're on the subject, why would you take E instead of W at level 1 in the jungle? Makes no sense IMO unless you tried to get in a level 1 jungle fight. Q Probably does more damage (shorter cooldowns) and W gives more defense and stays up for as long as you're fighting the camp (less mana).

2.
Why get the Bloodthirster? Hextech Gunblade will be all the sustain you realistically need; more of your damage will probably be from Q and E anyway in a teamfight. Infinity Edge would likely give more damage. But if you get Maw of Malmortius, Phantom Dancer would probably help even more -- the extra movespeed will be great for catching up, running away, or just sticking to enemies, and the attack speed goes well with the Maw's AD.

3.
You get Philo Stone but don't advocate building anything with it. Why not? Shurelya's Reverie will give you lots of CDR, almost double the Philo's health and mana regen (the mana regen is especially delicious on Poppy), and a handy clutch speed active that has a much shorter cooldown than Ghost. Alternatively, you could get Eleisa's Miracle, which costs considerably less, gives you even MORE mana regen, and gives you Tenacity, thereby freeing up options for boot selection (because you don't need the Tenacity from Mercury Treads). If you do build one of these items, you wouldn't have room for BT/IE/PD as in your present build, but it would be pretty rare to get to that point anyway and you can sell it at that point to make room if need be.

4.
Why Armor Pen runes? Q is your big damage skill, and it's entirely magic damage. Hybrid pen would make more sense for balancing the benefit to your autoattacks and your skills, or you could just get flat AD which benefits both your autoattacks and your Q, and helps last hitting.

A.
Despite the above, you do have a good guide here. Maw of Malmortius is an item I had not really considered for Poppy but I can definitely see the appeal now that you've mentioned it. Not so much for its value as an offensive item with defense on the side, but as a defensive item with offense on the side. Much like how I view Abyssal Scepter. (Another great item on Poppy.)

Please, have a look at my own Poppy guide, "Runner Poppy", for more details on my take on this great champion. (Link in signature.) The jungle section in particular may interest you as I don't recommend Wriggle's Lantern; it slows down getting Trinity quite a bit and Poppy can do without IMO. I also like to start with a Dagger for a faster first clear.

B.
I'm afraid I can't upvote a Poppy guide that seems as if it doesn't understand how to use Paragon of Demacia (and calls Poppy slow -- wtf, lol, Poppy is a speed demon), but I didn't downvote either. I'll try to remember to check back and see if I can justify upvoting some other time.

It's not exactly how I would build Poppy, whenever I've played her I've always built her as a hyper carry with Berserker's Greaves / Mercury's Treads > Trinity Force > Phantom Dancer > Infinity Edge > Last Whisper > Bloodthirster.

However, this build seems like it would be effective too, and probably more effective earlier on into the game than a hyper carry build would. ^^ The guide was very well formatted and written, and it's a clear +1 from me.

Pretty nice Guide so far.
Problem is I can't find the section for the Laning Phase. Imo it's the most important section for Poppy newbies. Lots of Summoners need help with their laning phase. Since I know what I'm talkin bout don't think I trollvote when I downvote this.
If ur Laning Phase section is up. You will get a Upvote asap :))

I understand you are focusing on AD Poppy, but Poppy builds tend to focus around her burst damage (a.k.a. Diplomatic Immunity > Heroic Charge > AA > Devastating Blow) and quite a bit of your damage is magic damage. Therefore, I'd suggest either Greater Mark of Magic Penetration (even for AD) or Greater Mark of Precision. Greater Mark of Armor always works well on Poppy anyways. I'd also suggest recommending Greater Quintessence of Armor, full armor Poppy's tend to do quite well early game, which is Poppy's weakest phase.

I'd say that you should get 2 Gp10 items. You're build is really expensive, and Poppy's early game is pretty bad, especially against a lot of the more common matchups. Thus, you'll probably not have too many kills and not much CS.

I have one last quirk with this guide. You have a bunch of stuff on items, masteries, runes, etc. Before game stuff. It's really nice, and gives me some nice knowledge. However, you don't tell me how to play Poppy. I've learned the right items, the right summoners, the right setup. I've not learned how to farm as Poppy, how to teamfight, how to react and help your jungler gank, what the matchups for Poppy are, I've not learned how to master the champion. This is the main thing that's keeping me from upvoting. It's a good build and setup, but I can't really learn Poppy from this guide, other than just trial and error and playing Poppy a bunch.

Otherwise, quite nicely presented. I'd just like to see some information on playing Poppy, and then I'll readily upvote this.
