Dr. Mundo is a world class assassin meant to sit in a bush waiting for his foes like a predator.

You must get the most fabulous items. This means all purple because Mundo is not one to skimp on fashion. These will make your versatile and able to kill anyone due to your mixed damage.

You want your death time to be as short as possible so you can go back into a bush and assassinate. Ergo get death reduction quints.

Remember team comp doesn't really ever matter. All you need are skills. Your only job is to ambush people. You live in the bush. The longer you stay outside the bush, the more poros die. Your team may assume that you are jungler but all you would actually do is wait for their jungler to walk into your predatorial jaws of evil.

Farming is for peasants. Mundo is no peasant. Clearly superior to the rest of the world, Mundo feasts only on the innocent flesh of enemy champions. You must eat them as they pass by.
