This build is amazing for both jungle and soloing at top lane. Try to skip the smite if you go jungle, you actually dont need it. ww jungles pretty fast anyway with this build and with the ignite ww can do much better ganks since his ganks are pretty low before lvl 6.

They wont be able to run from you since you have a good movement speed, your E and frozen mallet.

Try this build a few times and learn to play with it, will only be a benefit for you. That's a promise.

In the end you got some nice cd who will be good for your Q and your ulti.

btw, the runes aren't that important, but with the lifesteal runes and a bit ap you'll stay and hold your lane much better.
