Yes, if you want to play warwick you got to go mid. Warwick can farm and harass enemy mid quite easily with his Q, also works to throw enemies off balanced. One thing you will need when you play mid warwick is CONFIDENCE. Beat the living daylights out of your pillow, do something as long as you get confidence.

One of the major focus on warwick for items is boosting his Ultimate power. Madred is simple, it does 4% life st every hit and this gives your ult 20% of the enemy health in magic damage. Sorcerers boots gives you magic penetration, you will need this since your main damage output will be your Madred, ultimate and hungering strike which are all magic damage. The rest of the items that are listed in the items section are there simply because warwick needs to survive in order to kill enemy carries. If the carries are more Caster then you will try to get more magic resist and grab negatron as soon as possible to build into Banshee, vice versa goes for enemy DPS carries, you would grab a chainmail to build into more armor items. The Black Clever comes last because if you do even head into late game and you are doing well, your enemies should have armor items to try and counter either you or another teammate and Black Clever will be there to quickly make their armor useless. Additionally, because late game everyone tends to survive alot longer, the additional Attack Damage and Attack Speed will help warwick win fights. The previous Armor and or Magic resist items you bought should help you survive teamfights unless your team are ignorant enough to make you initiate large battles.

Early game you are going to need the extra health to survive mid harassment and the magic resist will help you not die against mid carries like anivia malzahar and annie. The magic penetration helps you get that extra damage on your Q and your ultimate.

You can choose anything you want as long as it give you that CONFIDENCE needed to dive your enemy at level 6. Recommended Spells are Exhaust and Ignite, usually I would harass my lane enemy with q down to about 300-500 health and then ultimate him/her down using ignite and exhaust and then q him and run away. That ensures an instant kill and sometimes first blood.

There are 5 certain characters who I HIGHLY recommend to not mid against, Pantheon, Gangplank, Katarina, Mordekaiser, and Swain. No worries though, what are the chances that you will have to mid against anyone of these 5 characters right?

If your facing a ***** mid who runs everytime you try to Hunger strike him/her down then just farm up your life bar to full, you got a passive that helps you do that and the Doran Blade will add to that. You should learn how to accurately last hit minions and practice this alot, it will prove vital cause when your having a bad time with a better more experienced enemy at mid, then you will have the money from farming to get your items in and start ganking or raping the other mid. For example, I faced a nidalee mid that could not do anything to stop me from farming heavily and I had 80 minions soon at about level 10 and about 2100 gold, I recalled got my sorcerer boots and a bloodrazor and came back with a higher movement speed allowing me to Q her life down to 300 after about 3 Qs, then I immediately ulted her then use hungering strike to get the kill and eventually took out that tower and ran top to gank. The moral of the story? FARM IT UP!
