Summary

This isn't really the best build but it's still pretty good, but your really squishy and easy to gank at end game so try to avoid team fights as much as possible to do so just split lane push.

Introduction

This build is a pretty simple build and will do major damage at end game. I grab Armor Penetration Runes to be able to harass easily at the start of the game and Seal of Resilience and Glyph of Warding to have a higher rate of sustain since Teemo is really squishy.

Items

You first start off with Boots of Speed and 3 Health Potions. Then when you get more farm get a Vampiric Scepter and a B. F. Blade and then making it into a Bloodthirster. Now you quickly build an Ionic Spark to farm quicker(This will be sold when 5/6 of your build). Start building Madred's bloodrazor so you can do some nice Magic Attack damage to your opponents especially when they are tanky. After that start building your 2nd Bloodthirster. Then You start building your Wit's End or a Phantom Dancer for more attack speed. Finally you sell your Ionic Spark and make an Infinity Edge completing your build.

Skill Sequence

Teemo really doesn't have any skill sequence due to the fact your basic attack is your main damage contributor but here are some you can use.

Ganking: Basic Attack > Blinding Dart > Then continue using your basic attack > Use Blinding Dart again if they are not dead.

Fleeing: Move Faster > Plant a Mushroom if you can > Then run around in a path that's hard to follow mainly Zig Zags to avoid skill shots.

And remember always play mushrooms along the river, in bushes, and in the Jungle(Your own and Enemy Jungle)

Can take down towers fast
Can burn down hp fast
Lots of Lifesteal
Can Jungle fast at end game
Free Wards
Good Backdoor
Cons:
Really Squishy
Can't really Team Fight
Your useless when enemy has an Oracle.

Team Work

You can't really team fight but if you do come from behind the enemy's so you can poison the ones that are running away causing them to still get ganked.

Farming

With an Ionic Spark you can take out a whole wave of minions pretty fast and with the attack speed and the damage you should be able to 1 hit them at end game.
