to start the game i always buy a Dorans ring for the mana regen and keep the ring until the last item slot and sell the ring to get hextech gunblade, i then buy sorcerers shoes for the magic pen these shoes can be change to mercury treads or Ionians boots depending on the situation afterwards i buy the rod of ages for survivability rates go up. I then get the lich bane for the buffing effect and the magic resist.all of the items i get are to up my ability power and my survive chances.

i get spirit fire first because early game it is good for farming gold from minion kills, then i get wither to slow other champions while there is a gank or during a fight in 1v1 and make them stay in melee range or in spirit fire range.i continue to up the ability spirit fire until its max after i start to continue to max out siphoning strike and wither until level 18

the pro of this build is that you don't need to have all of the masteries and all the runes you can do it at a slow pace until you get enough levels and IP to buy the runes and masteries.
