Which makes more a impact than 100 hp. Which can be auto attacked by a minion.

Why when you can get more Magic Penetration and hit even harder? 100 HP is ****. Hardly worth it. Shes squishy anyways so 100 more HP doesn't make a whole hell of a lot.

yea i know , i have 15% cd with deathfire , i have magic penetration enough , so i put +hp

Why would you waste runes because you dont start with Dorans? When you can use those rune slots for more important stats that makeup for the lack of HP? You can replace Doran in a game you can't replace runes in a game.

m8 i not start with dorans ring , and this is the reason i put health runes

Health Runes on Lux? Not the best choice, Magic Penetration is the best choice her to stack, with Mp5 to keep her mana up.
