If you're taking Strength of Ages, and feel like your damage is lacking, then you can switch to Thunderlord's or Fervor. In most teamfights, you will most likely die in order to go for their back line by flanking from behind via your ult. If they have a Soraka or a lot of healing, then Mortal Reminder is a good pickup (especially with Swain, Vladimir, and Soraka being common picks atm). If their ADC has lifesteal / Sum Heal, then they wont recieve as much from that either.
If you're getting the back line, then you're doing your part and your team needs to follow up. Especially with a Braum-Kalista bot lane. The thing about your example is that you have two weak teamfighters in Shaco and yourself. You two should both be diving the backline to pick off two of them.
Soraka should be your main focus, ofcourse. To get her ult out of the way. After her go for either Ezreal or Ahri, usually the one that is more of a presence in teamfights. It also doesn't help that your Kalista decided to get Giant Slayer instead of Last Whisper against a Rammus and Garen, along with the Ez also getting Iceborn.
For that specific fight, Kalista should've ult'd into braum ulti and brand following up with his damage combo, then the rest is explainable within itself. The backline should be the pure focus during that cc chain for you and shaco.
As you went top Quinn, I wouldn't usually go Thunderlord's, instead I'd go Fervor. I prefer Quinn with thunderlord's only when Jungling, as you can snowball off ganks fairly easily with your damage output.
You don't want to ignore teamfights, but if nothing is happening and you see an opportunity, you can go for a tower ofcourse.
Thank you for using my guide, and hope you upvote it, as I'd appreciate that :3!
edit: with 700+ games of Quinn you should know better than me, to be honest. If you think im completely wrong, please tell me lmao.
I don't know when since I am moving at the moment. Thank you for the comment and the idea!~
She scales kinda "meh", so if they have a late game hypercarry (tristana, jinx, vayne, etc.) who is fed, I wouldn't go to duel them. To be the most useful, try to get solo picks, focus objective control, push out lanes, etc.
In teamfights, you'll want to usually dive the carries, as someone like Viktor or Ashe will tear your team up. If you can get the APC or ADC, then the teamfight can really go in your favor. Play similarly like you're a twitch, and come in with your ult after the fight has started, then do your combo onto one of their backliners. If their mid lane has zhonya up, I recommend going for their ADC. If their APC is extremely fed, then popping their zhonya to make them be out of the fight for 2.5 seconds could be crucial.
Thanks for reading my guide! I really appreciate it. If you have any more questions, let me know. I kind of answered the obvious, but still :P
