Am I the only one who found it odd that an account created the same day this guide was uploaded just happened to upvote on both guides written by this author with this exact same reason for upvoting on both guides? Checking the forums, I'm not the only one who thinks so...

The sole reason the title is Blue is indeed because his items are blue. If was red, chances are it'd still be taken. It just wouldn't be called Blue any more.

But CDR isn't the reason it's called blue. It's because of the aesthetics, not the CDR. The core items in Blue also include a , , and , which doesn't have CDR, which kinda disproves your implication that Blue is called such because of the CDR.

If CDR is commonly associated with blue, then what of , , etc which aren't blue? There are significantly more items associated with CDR which AREN'T blue than there are that ARE blue.

Yes, TPA Bebe suddenly decided that he was going to build all blue items and happened by chance to find a semi-effective build. He then looked at the other blue-palatte items to see what other options he could throw together to make a completed build. In addition, people often throw in a , which leads to it being called the semi-blue build. So yes, the SOLE reason why it's called a blue build is because the items are, contrary to intuition(!), (surprise, surprise) BLUE!

Not that any of these semantics matter. Your guide is **** anyway. One look at the skill sequence told me everything I need to know.
