"Time to Make an Impact!" - Basics to Galio Mid
Hello SNOWMAN! I received the notification that we had received a request! I can definitely be of assistance, everyone has to have a desire to battle the competition with guides to do better with the content that they can provide. I'll try my best to help with what you have here.
So as always with these reviews. I look at how clustered and messy the Items / Runes section is first. It's the first thing anyone is going to really look at. It's alright, but I don't really think you need to have this massive list of items and what not as examples. It's just confusing since you have 2 sections for AP / TANK and then a list.
I would say either re-organize this section to be more presentable or completely cut out the examples. Because this section also lacks a severe amount of notes. You have some, but not a lot. You have to understand that this is a "quick-glance" section. People coming to guides don't want to spend along time searching, they want the basics presented quickly and neatly, in this case MAGE / TANK, not Examples.
We never see anything but Galio Aftershock in most cases, from low to high elo with the standard AP / TANK. So I think the off-meta builds are kind of wrong to put here, but I am not the Galio player, just an observer.
Always nice to see champion match-up information, but it seems like you're missing a whole lot of mid lane champions who are frequently played here, might want to expand on this to provide more range.
You have a neat, easy to read structure with everything you need in a guide. Visuals, Combos, Information, however, you do have a server lack of consistency. By this I mean you jump around from left to right to center, with important information like combos and ability show-casing on the far side of the videos. It doesn't really fit too well. I would suggest you change around the style, make the videos bigger and reformat the descriptions above the videos with a bigger icon size. =70 is a very common size that is regarded as good.
You can see so much unnecessary void space in comparison to the Pros & Cons, which could be improved by changing the video to be centered and larger fitting most of the page, while the text sits above it.
Just below that section is your combos, which already is inconsistent with the previous section, due to the addition of icons above the video and the videos being smaller, height wise. Basically try something like...
The rest of the guide is alright. There are some spelling mistakes here and there, which can be fixed by putting the content in something like Google Docs and manually changing them all, or proof-reading yourself.
You have most of everything here, you just need to tidy up, and try to stay consistent with the whole guide. If some stuff is centered and the rest is not, it just looks lazy and not really put in a way where it's unimportant.
