If I could give some insight First off going protobelt first item for rakan mid is one of the best options to go for it opens up new combos and another way to proc you electrocute. If you buy just a Codex second it offers 10% CDR which is really good as you want to reach 30% CDR as fast as possible And then go for ludens echo or deathcap depending on whether or not you can afford a needlessly large rod and which ever one you didn't build go for that one. Lastly I don't think building lichbane is a good idea ever as it doesn't have good stats, a good build path, or a good passive

this isn't to **** on your build by any means I just wanted to give you my input on your build
