Why u do dis

I've got bored and decided that AP Rakan(my 3rd most played character) would be good to try, after two matches I found it very fun to play. I'm not the best player, and I play for fun not the wins. I've been plaing League since 2012(I think), then in 2014 I took a 5 year break with occasional 1 or 2 games per year. The point is, if you know how to make this build better just tell me. I'll try to develop it a little bit more.
