I've been playing Rammus forever. This is the closest build I have seen to mine. I don't typically go for the frozen heart, but I will try it. Most of the time, i'll go for the warmogs/force of nature depending on the ad/ap ratio for added survivability. I know they don't stack armor, but it seems to work well. Great build!

I likie Rammus because he has lots of passive damage

Wow! Found this about an hour ago before he finished it...Try this guys...I've been following Bguggs or whomever guide for a while now, without much luck...This guys build is ridiculous, I feel untouchable! And he is really strong much earlier. Good guide Ken, keep up the good work!
