RAMMUS' ANTI-DPS GUIDE:
Rammus has the ability to kill melee DPS type champions with very little effort. In this guide I'll list and explain my anti-melee build. This build is used only to take down champions such as Master Yi, Teemo,Twitch, Warwick, Shaco, and Evellyn. With the following build I have killed a fed Master Yi whom was using an Infinity Edge and 3 Bloodthirsters by using 2 skills, Defensive Curl and Puncturing Taunt. Try the build listed bellow and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Sidenote/edit 1: I now PERSONALLY switch up puncturing taunt with powerball which is helful for chasing enimes down through towers you can to but remember puncturing taunt can come in helpful when trying to chase enimies, bring enimies in turrent range and for saving allies.
Many may be scepticle on how this could be possible. Allow me to explain, at the end of this item build Rammus will have roughly 400 armor making even the most powerful Master Yi do about 50 damage on hit. Now for the sake of argument lets just say Master Yi has 100% lifesteal, he'll be gaining 50 health per hit. At this point Defensive Curl and Thornmail work hand-in-hand dealing about 75 damage return, completely negating all lifesteal. Meanwhile the 3 Sunfire Capes are dealing 120 damage per second and your auto attacks+Atma's Impaler are dealing about 200-250 damage on hit. This is enough to kill Master Yi, and yet I still havent taken into account the fact that Puncturing Taunt is reducing his armor, Powerball is dealing another 300 damage, Defensive Curlbrings your armor to 550, and Tremors can rape his face off.
CHAMPIONS TO AVOID:
Infected cleaver rapes your health till you cant do ****. He has insane health regen meaning the fight would last to long and as soon as Defensive Curl is down, your screwed.
Can get 250% lifesteal (with his ulti and correct build) and deals **** crazy single hit damage.
Has enough ability power to destroy the sun. He needs not worry about your armor, and with thisRammus build, you dont have the magic resist.
Fully leveled, Tibbers has the equivilant of 2 Sunfire Capes and is an insane nuke against someone with armor instead of magic resist.
(You may have to worry about Nasus aswell, it depends on his build)
HOW TO HARASS EARLY GAME:
Being as you will have 1 rank of Puncturing Taunt, Defensive Curl, and Powerball, you should try and equally utilize all 3. When the enemy champion comes in for a melee harass, turn on Defensive curl and auto attack back once. Then as they run away Puncturing Taunt them so they have to hit you again, dealing damage to themselves through Defensive Curl, also allowing you to get in another auto attack. At this point, they are going to try and run back to their tower, so power ball right on top of them before they start running (immediately after puncturing taunt pretty much) dealing an extra 100 damage and slowing them, you may hit them once more before you back off. That should leave them with a heavy enough harass that they'll leave you alone.
Sidenote 2: Ignite works great with this harass method.
S OME MATH:
End build you'll have roughly 3,700 health, 800-900 mana, and 400 armor.
ATMA'S IMPALERS +2% HEALTH CONVERTED TO DAMAGE:
extra 74 damage.
RAMMUS' PASSIVE ADDS 25% OF ARMOR TO DAMAGE:
extra 100 damage.
RAMMUS' NATURAL MELEE DAMAGE IS AROUND 100:
100+100=200 (again duh)
200+74=274 (duh duh duh)
total end game damage of 274+18%-20% chance to crit.
548 crit damage.
