Runes

You should have usually have armor penetration((red)),((Yellow))flat armor,((Blue))per lvl magic resist.((Quintessence´s))Attack dmg. This apply´s you to have good dmg early/late game and still be pretty tanky all game.

Masteries

Tanky masteries will be damn good. You can get dmg masteries too it doesn´t matter

Items

You should take Phage before finishing your Wriggles Lantern cause you get good hp and dmg from Phage.You´re boots should be defensive you can get Ninja Tabi´s or Mercury´s Treads depends of the opposing team.Always take Armor Penetration items like: Last Whisper, Black Cleaver. It makes that you will do very good dmg even if you´re tanky. Get like Frozen Mallet for hp it is good and for armor and mr Guardian Angel is always good. then take like: Mercurial Scimitar to get the debuffs away and you get nice mr and dmg too from that. You can keep you´re Wriggles lantern it is good cause of that ward you can just jump on it or you can sell it and get like Bloodthirster however you want.
