TL DR
What can I say, I see lot of lissandra players building mana items and offensive's.
I've always gone raw AP. Since the passive changed and the champion is more mana depended we had to adapt.
How I have come over this problem is going for early _Lost Chapter_ , if you are sure you can handle your lane you can even go with _Amplifying Tome_ as first item.
You will be able to get the LC by the first minutes of the game and that will keep your mana at usuable level.
After you get Ludens and Sorc boots you should build _Void Staff_ , blasting wand and another amplifying tome give you already 60ap and that VS will rip thru resistances easily.
If enemy team does not have lot of tanky champions with lot health, I would go with rabadon after finishing these 3 items.
If you struggle and have a hard time you can skip rabadon and go for the zhonyas.

Quick tips
Combine your E with Flash and R for ultimate reach in teamfights.
If you wanna go for suicide mission and win a teamfight use your E and flash, then do a quick W combined with R on yourself.
With this build if you are not far behind you should do huge amount of damage and easy targets for your team.
Other fun fact, if you havent used stopwatch and you have zhonyas you can still buy stopwatch for extra 2.5s, so total of 7.5s and even little more if theres time between.
You can combo R + Zhonya + Stopwatch.
