Rek'sai - The Underground Thing S9
Rek'Sai is an average jungler and she absolutely can be viable. You could use your IP on other champions that is more popular and potentially better right now. Go watch videos of her. She is more of a preference kind of champion. If you like her, go for her.
Even riot thinks that they ****ed up ( they gave back all the nerfs they did to her in the past)
