Why is Siphon of destruction not maxxed at 9?
Its not maxed at 9 because you cant rely on 1 skill, say you use it on minions, then you get attacked from brush, then you only got level 1-2 abilitys left, but anyway mace of spades is good and useful at harassing and pushing like syphon. Priority is syphon but it doesnt hurt not maxing at 9, you can max it at 9 if you want but i like just if a little bit more balance myself
