I like to use a combination of resistances and attackdamage. If you have the chance to go to the Toplane, this should be taken, because he is incredibly good at farming. Your runes allow you a strong offensive posture but also an equally strong defense in case of a gank. In Addition the runes help you to create a great first game, that your opponent does not trump can easily.

Ignite is very important for renekton because he is immobile and therefore often need a dot in order to secure his kill.

Flash gives Renekton a great escape possibility, which acts more strongly with his E Spell.

Farming is very easy with Renekton. If you do enough damage, you can easily slide over the minions using your E spell. After you slipped twice on the back minions, you can use your Q spell to kill them permanently.
