A better initiation with rengar is to have 5 ferocity use q then ult wait till you have 5 stacks jump them, you hit with the first empowered q then proc a second, then a regular q hit most times means death to squishy assassinate-able targets like adcs and mids

Yeah but you can also use exhaust/ghost/ignite ... but you can put it on something else if that really mean something to you :P its just because you need 4 points to get to the next mastery pots... put it wherever is better for you.

I like it but you using summoners wrath mastery without taking a spell that it helps..?

Black Cleaver isnt really a viable choice in my opinion. Go with something like Trinity Force or anything that makes rengar durable. I wont downvote you just letting you know.
