Twitch is a good farming and fast killing and escaping champion.
He can be invisible and can do lethal damage do those who want to gank him.
He is a ranged carry and has great damage and one of the highest attack speeds.

Why you should use this build-
The items give you additional attack speed, damage, while you also get extra movement speed.
The items will give you infinite farming, extremely fast life steal, and more.

Pros-
-With his attack speed and damage high, once he gets his bloodthirster, he will loot life in insane speed and power.
-If you train his expunge first, the damage of expunge is fatal and can easy kill a weak target as long as it has the poison (3+ will do a lot!)
-Easy assist and help to allies and yourself
Cons-
-Twitch has low health so its not THAT recommended to do 1v1 when the enemy has low hp.
-Champions like Lee Sin can target you when your invisible.

Twitch is not usually meant for ranked games and 1v1's and important matches.
This build is recommended for 3v3 or 5v5 and will dominate the game in these matches.

Doran's Blade- Will give you a good start on life steal at the beginning
Berserker's Greaves- Will give you fast attack speed and 2 extra movement speed
Phantom Dancer (2x)- Will give you attack speed to loot health and attack faster to kill
Infinity Edge- Fast damage when placed with phantom dancer and is good for creeping and jungling
BloodThirster- Quick hp gain when used with phantom dancers and is good for surviving team fights and 1v1's if you go into one

In team fights, Twitch can easily dominate the game by using spray and pray, venom cask, and then at last, expunge.
If you are low on mana, Twitch can still eliminate people in the league with his normal moves too.
They are as strong as any of his moves and will rip the enemy team apart.

How You Should Farm With Twitch-
With Twitch, you can easily farm minions by using Venom Cask, Expunge, or Spray and pray.
Spray and Pray- It might be a waste you may think, but then the cool down is very short.
Expunge- Hit all the minions as fast as you can 2 times, and then farm them with this move.
Venom Cask- Throw it on a bunch of minions, and BOOM. Expunge.

I would choose the following-
Ghost- Twitch has low hp so then this will help him survive in fights (run away)
Flash- **Read Ghost**
Ignite- It will stack with your venom, dealing tons of damage
Exhaust- Stack your poison while you can! Then expunge to the enemies death
