My name is LOLSAURUS,
and I have played 20+ games as Riven already with outstanding success.

Riven is an extremely powerful AD caster that deals a great amount of damage yet remains very mobile for chasing and escaping, as well as having great farm potential.

I have two builds for Riven depending on your game situation.

My first build

is a early game approach that emphasizes DPS burst with Riven's "Q", and is most suitable if you have a laning partner that is either ranged or has a good cc. This build will literally delete half of your oppoenent's hp with one combo, as you do true damage with your armor penetration.

My second build

is a solo top ranked play approach that allows you to dominate your lane regardless of who your opponent is. This build focuses on emphasizing Riven's Ki Burst and Valor so you can endlessly harass your opponent without taking back damage from him, therefore completely getting rid of his farm so that he has to cry for his ganker 24/7. Of course which you can easily escape from given that every single skill you have have is an escape move.

Pros:
-Can endlessly spam skills
-Consistent burst damage
-Great Escaper/Disrupter/Chaser (Your dash and stun are about 4 seconds late game)
-Ult has about 25 second cd late game and is a great finisher move
-All offensive abilities are aoe (I scored triple kills only meaning to kill one person)
-Farms efficiently

Cons:
-Timing needed to fully use passive and maximize damage output
-Low Base Damage
-Dance is Shen's except less sparkly
