Also, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist are more viable in solo - top than you make it seem, many strong and common solo tops have at least 1 significant source of magic damage, and I'll list some to back my point up.
Jayce- Thundering Blow / Acceleration Gate
Singed- Poison Trail
Yorick- Omen of Pestilence
Darius- Hemorrhage
Jax- Empower
Just to name a few. I'm absolutely not putting this guide down at all, I'd maybe take another look at taking flat MR on any solo top champ, as more MR can be bought if needed late game.
1. Started to learn and apply basic BB coding

I've just starting playing Riven and I'm enjoying it very much, but I definitely see the huge learning curve with her skills. I love solo top so I'm determined to broaden my scope of champs.
I also suggest replacing Infinity Edge with something else, and ghostblade should not be a final build item, it really falls off late-game so once you get the extra gold trade it in for something better if a match drags on a long time.
Also, I'd suggest replacing Infinity Edge with another item, like Bloodthirster, because it is too expensive and Riven is played as an AD caster, not an AA champion, so the crit is essentially lost on her.
You have some good information here, so good luck!
