runewise, here are my suggestions:
attack damage marks for more flat damage
hp/level seals or armor seals. she's kinda an off-tank
flat cdr seals-she's cdr based
armor pen or flat quints: see seals or marks.
good job overall. i think it's a bit squishy, and the 15% magic pen does nothing for you, but otherwise looks great.
