I'd suggest one thing. Replace zekes with Rylai's. This will proc the freeze ray from glacial augment more and still has health for tankiness. Also ryze's ult isn't used in the middle of battle much to proc zekes. Also with Zekes, the 10% cd is wasted since you're already at 45% with other items.

Per the wiki article on Glacial Augment, Zeke's Convergence doesn't proc the freeze ray secondary effect.

I'd assume that Turbo Chemtank is used to proc it.

Everfrost
Hextech Gunblade

Are other items that would make some sense for Ryze that can proc the freeze ray, with the Hextech GLP-800 being the most Ryzeesque choice since it builds out of Catalyst of Aeons.
