I think you should have some late game magic resistance in your jungle build. You already have a lot of health with Spirit of the Ancient Golem, Sunfire Cape Randuin's. You just don't need a Warmog's. Build a Negatron Cloak when the team fights start and later upgrade it into Abyssal's for offense or Banshee's Veil to make sure your passive is always up when a team fight breaks out.

Every game is different. That's why I have a situational item section. I don't really build any MR on malphite because I don't need it. If they have a strong AP comp I wouldn't play malphite. If there is one AP mid which is usually how it goes a lot of times for me, I can build armor and health. And in the end we have so much health that we don't even need MR. For example say I got an MR item and they had a strong AD and AP. This item would do nothing against that AD, and if the AP has a void staff my MR also wont mean much. But if I build health I will counter the FED AD & AP burst. Unless they build a liandrys or BOTRK. The health regen you get with your items also allows you not to have to back when going for objectives and plays & allowed you to stick around longer. In the end it's all preference. Thanks for suggestion though.

1-Malph is OK.
2-Read the guide.
3-Read some others.
4-Done a few games
5-MALP POWNS THE WORLD!

The End. GG!

Does this mean I deserve an upvote, or other guides helped you? xD

I love this guide. I had been jungling as Xin Zhao but then I found this guide and have been beast moding Malph ever since. He just provides more usability in my opinion.

I've found that Iceborn Gauntlet is nice when you're ahead. Helped me stick to people like Graves in an almost all ranged team along with Malph's Q. Also gives armor and ap which help boost damage on E and R. Most of the time when we're that far ahead that Iceborn Guantlet is useful we usually win before I get to play with it too long though :(

Personally I rush Philosopher's Stone before Spirit Stone because of the lovely 5 gold per 10. If I need faster jungle clears I'll throw in the Spirit Stone, but usually I start with the rest of the build and just sell the Hunter's Machete down the road when I'm doing more ganking than jungling.

Also gave you a nice little +1!

I agree that Iceborn Gauntlet is a good item on Malphite. I just don't like it on him however. But if it works for you, go for it! And thanks for the +1 And sorry for the very late *** reply.

I don't understand why you wouldn't put a point into seismic shard at level 3 for early ganks you say he lacks CC early game and thats his only form of it early game.

Sorry this was before the whole smiteless leashes and grabbing double buff before anything.
Before it was best to get level 3-4 before putting A point into Seismic Shard.
