I've had to register to ask. You have said to use cooldown items. In my opinion the cooldowns are very low anyway but except for that you cannot spam with skills as this will quickly lead to overheating. So basically what I want to say is that cooldowns are quite useless because you get skills ready quickly tho you cant use them because of the overheating.
Well regardless, in a team fight, you're going to prob overheat or come really close with or with out the extra CD, even so, you'll want to be able to do as much damage as you can to win the fight.
Normally, not in a team fight, you should not spam ur skills.
The little extra CD helps later on tho.
Yes I been trying him more as a tankish champ but..

I also suggest you add in Hunter's Guise because it is great early on with Sorcerer Shoes.
Interesting build- nice AP items... probably not tanky enough for me the way I like to play, but for building a more poke-based Rumble this'd work great!
well after the death cap, the item build is pretty much any item u may want, the last items are my suggestions :P
Tho ya its kinda not tanky, i may work on this.
