This is my Ryze build. I have not even checked others to see what they do yet but this is how ive been playing him. I Sorta use the same runes on Singed as well it it all seems to work out great for me. So enjoy and tell me what you think

I guess 1st thing is 1st. Lets talk about my masteries. Kinda of standered other then i like using Good Hands over perseverance. Why u may ask lets say u put 3 in Perseverance what does it give u ? well 4% reign right. Lets see what is 4% of what u got. Not much of anything. 4% of say if u have 100 mp per 5 or hp per 5 that is a + 4 to that making it 104 per 5. The 3 u get from Meditation will be more likely to be a better way of using the points vs Perseverance. Good Hands can shave about 6 sec off your re-spawn when the game gets late and timers hit 60 sec. Witch could mean the deference in saving or not saving a tower or inhibitor.

Other then explaining that part the rest are easy to see why if u have questions just feel free to ask.

My runes are Mana and spell pen. I use the same set for Singed due to he gains hp per mana and Ryze gains power in his ability s per mana. And a lil pen to help as well. Others may use some else but this works for me and getting the extra power and HP at start is very nice.

Now my Items are in order as i normally get them with a lil change here and there depending on how the match is going and what im facing. Most time i go all the way threw that build to Banshee's Veil then i change it up depending on the match. Note: Some times i get 3 speed boots and not the 5 speed. Just depends on what i feel i need at the time.

Ok skills most times i go Rune Prison 1st. For the lock down and to because of the power out put it has straight up. Then Overload. Around lvl 4 or 5 i pop one into Spell Flux. Then lvl 6 Ur ult Desperate Power. From there i lvl up Rune Prison and overload and pop into Desperate Power when it comes up. And max Spell Flux last.

I use tele and Flash. With the large mana pool i normally dont need Clarity. But your up to use what ever u want. This is what works best for me.
