Nice to know you can steal athene's guide

How often do you charge two Tears in one game?

I rarely even attempt a second after getting my Muramana, but when I do, the game is over before it is charged.

And why don't you mention smartcasting? It should be a given with Ryze, but you can't assume that with a guide.
