Summoner Spells

My Choices:
:
DONT LAUGH
Taking heal will allow you to win any early 1v1 in the mid lane or even to turn around an enemy gank in your favor. Not dying is one of the core aspects of this build because you want to farm like crazy and not spend any time chilling on the graveyard. furthermore, taking heal may allow your ad carry to choose cleanse which is a more viable pick on many carries. In teamfights you can dish out a lot of sustained damage due to your low cooldown and so, it is important for you to stay alive even after the initial burst phase. Heal is a all round versatile summoner spell which is greatly undervalued in the current meta.

: Little comment needed, flash is simple THE most useful summoner spell that allows you to escape a gank, jerk an enemy or initiate a teamfight by flashing to catch an enemy out of position with [rune prison]

Other Viable Choices:
Ignite: Ignite will allow you to get more kills in the mid lane but looses value later on since your cooldowns are low enough to chase down any opponent.

The early game

Early on your only focus will be on farming like a beast.

though it may be initially difficult to last hit with your auto attacks(they do NO damage),
as soon as you get your first few items you will be able to use your spells to help you last hit. It is crucial that you farm well early on because this build requires a lot of cash early on if you don't want to fall behind too much in damage in the mid game.

Due to the fact that i build boots after [tear of the goddess] and [catalyst the protector] your lane will not be as easy to gank for your jungler and it is fine to tell them to focus on other lanes.

harassing your enemy may be an option if you notice that they are running builds with no magic resist runes/masteries but generally focusing on farming will be the better option early on since your damage is not likely to kill anything any time soon.

If you do receive a gank, use your rune prison to help your jungler land his cc abilities.

GETTING AN EARLY BLUE BUFF: is EXTREMELY awesome on [ryze] because it will allow you to stack up your tear of the goddess extremely quickly(More on that in items section). furthermore, the cooldown reduction will allow you to win exchanges more easily for you will have the opportunity to fit in another q or so into an exchange. having a jungler that does not require blue buff will substantially help you in your lane phase and allow you to complete those core items which just make you out right OP in the late game.

One final note on the early game:
DO NOT PANICK IF YOU THINK YOUR 'loosing the early game'.... check your CS and if your not losing in CS, your fine.... because after you have your core items, nothing can out-farm you, except for maybe [karthus] or [casseopea]

be patient and wait until your big items complete, oh and font die, cus thatch what this build is all about...

Items:

This is what your early game is all about. The more spells you use, the more mana you get...
The more mana your get... the more damage you do and the mores sustain you have
Basically as soon as you have your tear, your laning phase will become a lot easier.
Then, once you have your
catalyst the protector
at this point, you will have A LOT OF MANA.... so once more, A LOT OF DAMAGE
Your will become hard to kill for your ultimate will really allow you to spellvamp yourself back up in any 1v1 fight.

Mid Game

For [ryze] the mid game starts when you finish your [heart of gold]. Though your items may not seem to give you much damage, they do. From this point onward feel free to shove your lane to then roam the map, terrorizing top and mid lane. Personally i really like warding the enemy jungle to pick their jungle off when hes farming 'safely' at his wariths or red buff. What really makes an enemy mad is when you steal their blue buff, but then agian, that rather risky so make sure you have some of the big items complete before you risk anything of the sort.

If teamfights break out, you will be a force to reckon with allready but dont get oover confident, you are not YET unkillable.

A final, more general not for the mid game: BE A NICE GUY AND SUPPORT YOUR TEAM, go bot lane to help push a tower or counter gank top lane if you suspect your top laner is in trouble. Moving around the map whilst not losing too much CS takes a little bit of practice but will allow you to get farmed whilst still assisting your team.

Late Game: AKA: The Time where you never DIE

Once your [archangels staff] and your [banshees vail] are completed.... the realy realy fun part of this build begins.

Immagine this:
Your are farming in the mid lane, say at thier tier 2 tower, and suddenly you are jumped on by three enemy champions.
They will not be able to burst you down due to your [banshees vail] and the hap from your [rod of the ages]. If they are chunking your heal down realy quickly, pop [heal] to survive that initial burst phase. Once you survive their bust, blast down thier squishiest target with your full combo, THEN, pop your ultimate, combo down the remaining to opponents, or, if they are not dead, flash away and kite them with your rune prison and and finish the off with your insanely low cooldowns.......

this may seem like an exaggeration, but its what happens when your build is close to complete, your will never die :P trust me.

In team fights, pop your ult and reek havock with your ultimate. Thats all there realy is to say :P
