Introduction

Ok,so i played Ryze many times,and i won everyone(8) and lost once...so i wanted to post my build.
I hope you''ll like it like i did.

Runes

Soo i took Magic penetration couse i want to Ryze to deal pure dmg at start,becouse Overload got a little cooldown so you can harass with it,And i took mana regeneration so you wont be out of mana so easily.

Items

For items i buy Mana items at start,beacouse Overload and Rune Prison deal more damage with mana(8% and 5% of your maximun mana),and Overloads ability power radio is low,so if u want to Overload deal many damage then u need Mana.

Summoner Spells

I take Flash and Ghost,becouse for me he's a fast killer,so if the enemy team wants to run away from battle,or you want to run from battle,you always got an As in you hand.
