I dont know why you dont have healing potion but mana potion...

I think that you should take Lich Bane out of there and replace it with Mejai Soulstealer waht you should easy stack up.
Also i don't see Rabadon's deathcap there what's also important thing on Ryze.
Change and i wuill vote
