Constetly spam your "wards"
If ults up look for somewere to gank! beause you can do so mush dmg

Lane
In lane you should go in the wave and press W to drain all the minions and do more dmg and try to get enemy top laner in your W to get some DMG on to him.
Try to save your Flash til LVL 6 and go all in on enemy top laner. and try to get a kill then start to look for ganks mid or TP gank bot and constesting Dragon.
After 6 in lane it should be just Farming for you if you cant gank somewere the enemy top laner should not contest if you dont push way to hard and be carfull of ganks beacuse you dont have any mobilty skils really exeept your ULT and that you want save for team fight or 1v1 the top laner.

Your DMG is desent you are tanky as crazy and he Fiddlesticks has fear Aura ULT so he does DMG to more then 1 champ so he grate in teamfight
