Thank you! I can think its very matchup dependent and its not very good into mages. I will try and figure out how to explain it in more broad terms for like kassadin or full ap comps where you need to go ad and how to lane it.

I would take the electrocute page. I would not recommend jung in ranked at least before rework.

Void staff as an item is very cost efficient and I always rush boots so having early sorcs paired with void lets me deal almost true damage to anyone not building mr. Since the item is cheap it helps me hit the power spike sooner. I usually do go horizon focus if im snowballing though but if I am even or behind I go void because horizon focus is kinda expensive. This allows me to still do damage if im behind even if they start buying mr.

I would only build nashors if you can sidelane and be able to pressure towers. Nashors is not a good item to rush maybe 3rd or 4th item it has good stats but mainly for split pushing. An example would be if you had like a fiora top and safe botlane like ezreal. You can split push that game with nashors. Scorch is good on neeko because it helps her snowball better and create early game leads. Neeko snowballs really hard and wants to create leads. When neeko falls behind or gets to late game she isn't as effective. It becomes very hard to get in good ultimates.

I think neeko jungle works but is not viable. Neeko has slow early clear because of her longer cooldowns early. She also will be low hp before contesting crab unless you smite a second time. Neeko ad mid is only good as a counter pick to like kassadin otherwise ap is generally better. There are many mages at the moment that beat neeko which is why I think in 11.1 she struggles against the meta picks especially higher elos. Champions like syndra,orianna, and viktor are all strong laners with decent to good waveclear and can zone neeko as well as taking phaserush to avoid ganks or all ins.
