Jungle Fizz builds are soooo rare everywhere. I recently have been trying it out, and it is incredibly fun as well as powerful. I encourage you to finish up this build guide, and must say you are very courageous to put it up when it is so uncommon. I've not tested the build yet, as I have figured out my own, but I have looked at the masteries, and it sounds far better than what I was doing.

First, sheen synergizes well with fizz's q, as it automatically procs it, it increases speed pretty nicely, and for the moment I have abandoned the guide as season 3 is coming, and with the jungle changes i'm not sure jungle fizz will even work.
Did you really have to be so rude though, really, did you even try it?

You obviously read nothing, I am working on it.

Also, notice how I said it wasn't great, because it isn't a viable lane for higher ranked things doesn't mean you should down vote it.
