is outdated and no one picks it up anymore. Most people go for in combination with at the moment. Magic Resist is better invested in Glyphs and Marks are left open for more Armor or Penetration.
Either this or this are better Mastery setups.
You cannot max an ability at level 8 and you shouldn't max E first generally.
