You're meant to rush , you'll fall super behind by building anything before it, especially a 1400 gold item when you're already playing a champ with super low clear time.

Wit's End is 800 gold cheaper than BotRK and does more damage seeing as your kit is 80% magic damage. If you want BotRK it should be your 6th item.

You build Sunfire Cape too late, if you want an HP + armor item at that point you build Randuin's.

Wrong masteries. 9/21 is optimal.

Also there's a mistake in your skilling order, you level up Q at 8 and 9 instead of 7 and 9.

Generally you should go for early cuz it falls of with the course of the game and is like and early "tank-damage" so it would be and then .
Example Build #2 contains double tenacity .. worthless
