Seeing that 3 of her abilitys can counter her Glacial Shroud and can easily hit you inside it with 2 of them leaving it as a useless skill for you and catching you by suprise with her combos Katarina is a massive threat for Akali and will outscale you if she gets fed. She has resets which means in team fights she WILL get kills and you WILL Die.
