So why do i prefer ionian over sorc? I think the 10% cd reduction is very usefull, as it'll give your ult (e.g.) about 1.5 sec cd reduction, which seems more important to me then 15 magic penetration, as you you have void staff and abyssal scepter, which give you some 'penetration'. Therefore i would prefere ionian, but sorc shoes can also be very usefull, especially when fighting against at least 2 ap tanks. But as this is mostly not the case, i prefer ionian.

Hey, interesting guide you have here! ^_^ I do have a couple things to mention though:

Why do you prefer Ionian Boots over Sorc Shoes? I personally prefer the latter simply because of the enhanced damage, and it can give me a good early game boost if the opposing laner is running MR runes or rushed Chalice. Also, running both AP glyphs and AP quints is pretty ambitious, especially since Diana is at a disadvantage against poke champs or just ranged champs in general. I think you could possibly include some alternatives (such as MR glyphs, armor seals, even hybrid pen marks) for the different situations of different games. It might be useful to have an item explanation section as well, so you can talk about some of your itemization paths there.
