Heal is great sustain, but you rarely use it. By the way it is not only for ADCs.
You CAN not take smite when you're jungle. If you ask me, it would bring way more utility if you choose the right Summoner Spells.
Thanks for the feedback, man! I personally don't use heal unless I go AD Carry or an utility support, that's why I put it in there.
