I find Ornn a good counter for enemy supps with displacement: Thresh, Blitz, Alistar, as his W cancel the pull/push. Poppy is a half-half as she can't displace him with E, but can stop his E with her W.
I see you pointed that upgrading Redemption and Solari reset the CD, but it also fill Sightstone when you upgrade it to Ruby (just saying).

Thanks for the comment, I think the champion you display not really a counter and not counter as it reliable more about the timing between who use his ability first and then the other can counter (they can hook while you E), it depends on experience and mechanics.

About the Sightstone that refill itself i wrote in the line above those of the Redemption and Solari, i will update it this week so it would be easier to see it, maybe i didn't make it clear enough.

from my experience ( like a handfull of games ) he works good along side Tristana , Enemy supports with stuns or roots can be a hassle early game but don't matter a bit later

Now Ornn is got ban as most players don't want to deal with new things and play style, i am sure it will get lower soon. In addition his IP cost is 7800K, and it will be lowered into 6300 as all the new champions does.

My build as Ornn is somewhat tank and somewhat support, i think to go only with one of them won't give you the presence you want. Ornn as support is like Leona, a tank that go into the fight apply stuns and damage. As aggressive or defensive, i think there are 2 things Ornn should do, early game he should do small trades by applying Q and E combo or his brittle and disengage, and late game he should focus on his all in with ult and so. i could both be aggressive in laning phase just to deny the enemy's farm and passive so i could stun the enemy to save my allies. Ornn is not hard to learn but sure he is for master him, after you buy him, you should check the guild's update log to keep track on any changes.

If there is any more questions feel free to ask.

Probably the best guide so far in knowing the champ. The others are cookie cutters who don't understand Ornn's Strengths and weaknesses.

Alright so a few things I learned: I bought an early game Redemption for the lane sustain, used it, then upgraded it. It refreshed the CD on it so it could be used again. The same thing happened with Sightstone: Used all the charges, upgraded it, and refreshed all of the charges. I assume this would work on any item that can be upgraded and has a CD. Also Morgana CAN be a hard opponent if she times her snare with your ult. Just wait that out and you should be good.

Good to know, but i think it may be a bug that they will fix, i will add it on the next guild update (maybe tomorrow maybe later), and ill give a credit :D

What do you think about taking Faerie Charm to make up for the mana problems?

Personally I don't like that item, it doesn't give you enough mana regen, and it doesn't build into any useful item later.

You could try to start with an for better mana sustain, or forge a , while forging a mana or HP item you get them immediately.

If you want to rush for the 150% more mana regen, just keep in mind that you will get only 50% more mana regen from until you will upgrade it.

For me i pick W first , if the enemy bot lane doesn't have too much slow/stun/roots . in case they do i go for Q , but W for me is better since you get that early game shield and that short stun potential , at level 1 ( with W ) i was able to shred enemy bot lane to half health or more , along side the ADC of course .

Thanks for the comment, I see why you say that.

I think the slow and the poke ability are better for most of the time (and it has slightly lower cooldown), but I'll try to start W in these match ups too and adjust the guild if needed.

Great build! Only played two games of it and I already got an S-! For Synergy in bot lane, Vayne and Ornn together are a nightmare! Vayne pins someone to a wall and Ornn get's a free stun. I would say Soraka is a low threat due to her being so squishy and her gameplay making her want to come up for a Q. When she does, you can hit her with a Q, E, W combo.

I didn't got to play against Soraka yet, sounds very fun/

Also a tip against Soraka, don't use your ult if you know she has her silence up as it will stop you from recasting it.

Yha silence and stuns during the ult make it problem, i think fiddle support will be the worst opponent

From what I have been up against, I think Janna is the worse opponent to go up against. She has her knockup which can mess up your ult, and since you are an all in support, her ult is horrible for you.

just done a game against her, she even tornado me during my E, was so hard

ornn sinergy adc in bot lane? ,,,Weak Against,,Strong Against.counters.?

If you're going to lane as support Ornn, ban Jhin unless he's you're duo. Any Adc that relies on passive AD damage boost rather than situational cc or conditional bursts will make the game VERY hard for an Ornn who doesn't already have 430 Armor.

As it hard to get to play him as support in the bot lane (as he banned and players take him top), it hard yet to say.

i think the best ADC would be ADC with immobile ability (works with the brittle) or based basic attacks (works good with ), but i can't give an accurate answer for now.

as for weak against i think the problem would be alone range burster early game (morg/brand), and a more stun abilities late game (leo,taric).
