I, of course, chose for smite on the first spell. For starters: Smite is a spell wich lets you deal damage and heal an amount, based on your champion's level. This spell is also needed to buy jungler items, wich come second.
As second i chose ghost. Because your Biggest Snowball Ever! (W) increases your movement speed, but wont always be fast enough to hunt down someone running away, it's very helpfull to have a little extra speed in the chase. This could really be critical in securing the kill on a fleeing enemy.
I chose the combination of resolve and scorcery, because Nunu & Willumph is kind of a tank, but also consumes a lot of mana.
I started of with Aftershock. Because of the fact that you can impair the movement speed of your enemies with your Biggest Snowball Ever! (W), Your Snowball Barage (E), and your ultimate, this rune comes in very handy. When rooting an enemy, you first gain some armor and magic resist based on your champion level, and after 2,5 seconds, you explode, dealing magic damage wich starts with little damage, but increases based on your ability power, health and attack damage, combined. When you reacht 30 minutes, this will do some serious damage.
Then i went for Font Of Life. This has the same reason as the Aftershock. After Impairing them they become marked, and when marked, attacking it will heal you and your teammates. This is a great backup item for when a gank fails. The enemy retreats to the turret, and the chance for a kill is gone, but you still leave a buff for your team behind, since they will heal when poking him at the turret.
As 3th i chose Conditioning, because of its small boost to your allready tanky champion. This makes your item build a little stronger, but can have a great impact in hard-to-finish ganks.
As 4th option i chose Revitalize, because this empoweres your Chomp (Q). This ability allready gives you some health when casting, and this rune increases its effect.
For the second line i started with Manaflow Band, because you're very short on mana in this champion, because the main goal of the item build is to increase power and resistance. This rune helps with gaining a little more mana to survive a little longer in the jungle camps before recalling. As long as you have mana, you can regenerate health with your Chomp(Q)
And at last, i chose Gathering Storm. Because you work towards ability power at the last stage of the build, this rune lets you get a little bit more power at the start of the game, so you don't get to far behind while jungling.
