Make it Rain !!!
Your E ability <Make it Rain> is the CORE
Pros:
Early game lane bully
High Damage
High movement speed
Cons:
Lack hard CC
squishy
How to use your E :
Hitting E on enemy will proc multiple runes for extra damage and stack manaflow band
Miss fortune E range is super far, you can use it at a very safe distance even against aggro support.
After few Es your opponent will be forced out of lane
E can also used to check bushes
Your E is a 60% large area slow that lasts 2 sec with a 6 sec cooldown at 40% CDR
Feel free to spam it
Use E -> R combo when you are in a safe position (try to wait out their dash abilities), enemy will most likely need to flash to survive
