attack minions until you have 100 fury then use spinning slash and mocking shout then start auto attacking the enemy and ignite/ghost to finish them off.

items

I start with dorans blade for the early stats. Then I buy phantom dancer for crit chance and attack speed then infinity edge for bonus damage. Next, I buy guardian angel because it allows you to duel ad opponents with ease. Finally I buy blade of the ruined king and lord dominics regards for life steal and armor penetration.

runes and masteries

I take as quints, armor seals, magic resist glyphs and ad marks. I take these runes for early game damage to try to get a first blood.

18/12 masteries are pretty standard on tryndamere.

Skill order

I start with e for early mobility then I max q then w then e. I only put 1 point in r until level 17 because it is inefficient to put more then 1 point in it as it only gives a small cool down reduction and 20 or so bonus hp which is little compared to an extra point in w for the slow and ad reduction.
