You can switch up what you build and have success, especially in lane. But all things considered, with how messed up this season's meta is, winning your lane doesn't matter most of the time. If you stomp your lane, but your team's losing, you probably won't win. If anything, you want to build for team fights, it would also give you a better chance to help push your team back into the game if they lost. All I'm trying to do is find the most balanced build between damage and tank that lets Sett thrive in any situation, but more akin to helping his team. You can 1v1 with it, you can go in a skirmish, farm well, split, but most importantly, it lets you survive a lot longer than you normally would, and reach a W power spike earlier at the cost of more damage later, which will help you push an earlier win. And about BotRK, I think as of now the item makes you too squishy and it's not that great compared to its former self, so I don't build it.
