I personally use Conq still, I just think it works better for his kit and gameplan throughout the game. I'll probably look at runes again once pre season comes out!

May sound a little troll, but glacial augment is a brilliant rune on mordekaiser, helps you stick to the enemy when you proc that 3rd hit for your passive with E-Q-AA. but that's just a goofy build, could work in low elo over conquerer, although conq still is his best rune.
