Champion Build Guide
Is Rakan actually viable mid?
Yes.
This build turns Rakan into a legit assassin with teamfight winning potential. You WILL be able to oneshot champions below 2500 hp with less than 100 mr lategame by just landing W and R on them. You WILL be able to get the enemy enchanter supp from 100% to 40% hp by just landing a Q with Luden's on them. You WILL be able to heal for 500 hp every Q you land lategame.
Additionally, the points below will be assuming you actually play good, Rakan is a squishy engage champ, similar to Pyke, if you mess up or get hard cc'd you will most likely die no matter how good you are. Blame this on the champ and the player, not the position the champ is being played in.
Strengths vs Weaknesses
Pros
+ Great at trades in lane due to shields, heals and cc
+ HEFTY damage, lategame scaling monster
+ Situational but great engage
+ Also great followup
+ Can help control the earlygame with roams
+ Becomes tanky AF with P shield
+ Extremely mobile
Cons
- Gets hit by hard cc, ****ing dies
- Like any assassin, lacks damage when behind
- Can get zoned hard in lane
- Impossible to engage first on certain comps
