i played ap rakan before looking this guide up. as a ludens/dark harvest aficianado, i tried with pta but wasn't as good later. looked here, and was happy to see ludens, which is my default. any thoughts on lich bane❓ or rakan is not a champ you want to auto with❓

they were laughably weak. also laughable, your THREATS section.. so good i had to read each one. AKALI HAHAHA

I think lich bane is great for adding damage into your build, but the extra time it takes you to weave in an auto can very quickly get you to half health or risk getting you cc'd. It used to be the last item in my build but it feels far better to only have all your damage in your abilities. (If your q procced on-hit tho it'd be sooo sexy)

Is he playable with night harvester? CDR mythic passive and additional damage looks pretty well.

He does work with night harvester but if you're gonna build it mid you have to focus a lot of preserving mana, so i prefer going ludens when i go mid

However when i play ap rakan jungle it is the mythic i always go for, it's raw damage is better than ludens and it gives you tank stats + AH, however you miss out on the super hot magic pen ludens also gives. Both can work great tho

i had okay success with NH and demonic, maybe a tanky haste item after / winters approach❓ more shield = survivability. with NH i feel u have to be tanky support not bursty. sustained dmg (good in aram vs tanks counter engage like ORNN)

It looks fun rakan full ap, I'll try it, usually I've only played it that way in ARAM, it really seems like it deals little damage but it has an acceptable damage to really not be designed for that XD, an interesting guide hopefully later you can place more info for some who like to read a lot XD, to try it and hope not to fail in the attempt, good guide.

mostly, practice your knockup and ult. knockup is kind of difficult to hit, you have to be patient with it. and ult you just have to know when is a good time for it. knockup is critical though❕ and have fun, rakan is a troll so you have to tango with him❕
